Goal (Lakshya) may be differentiate as per time required to achieve it.

- Short term goal (Laghu Kaleen lakshya)
To achieve long-term goal, break long-term goal in to smaller targets (short-term goals). To do this exercise, you have to plan sincerely. To achieve goal, you must know where you want to go. So first, you fix your target. Goal fixing is must to avoid wasting of time and energy.

“If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is favorable.”
Sabse pahle lakshya set karen, kyonki lakshya hoga tabhi toh safalta milegi. Lekin kabhi bhi unrealistic goal nahin set karna chahiye, kyonki iss tarah ke unrealistic goal jab hum achieve nahin kar pate hain toh self belief (aatmavishwas) kum ho jane ki sambhavna hoti hai.
Andrew Carnegie says-
“If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy and inspires your hopes.”
GOAL SETTING (Lakshya Nirdharan) is a process to think about what you want to achieve in future. By knowing about this you can focus and concentrate to reorganize your resources in such a manner, so that you can achieve success.
Denis Waitley says –
“The reason most people never reach their goals is that they don’t define them, or ever seriously consider them as believable or achievable. Winners can tell you where they are going, what they plan to do along the way, and who will be sharing the adventure with them.”
